Functional / Weight Training
Improving your strength and stamina with weight training is vital for a healthy, vital body. Using the 7 primal pattern movements, this form of training is great for both inch loss and fitness. Shape and tone your body using techniques including functional training exercises, swissball training and core strength work. These exercises will strengthen your body from the inside – out, making your whole body strong.
Medicine Ball Training
A challenging form of strength exercises for high performance training clients. This explosive workout will improve absolute strength and power and is great for sport specific training and serious fitness lovers.
Learn kickboxing techniques and combinations using pads and body armour to improve fitness and power. This fun filled workout improves self confidence and also has a high carry over into protecting yourself if needed.

Swiss Ball training is an excellent way to build 'core strength' and have some fun.
Training on the Ball forces you to use muscles that stabilise, neutralise and control the body's position. Exercises progress from simple to complex by placing the body in a more unstable position. This forces the musculature to activate and stabilise the joints and body. This type of training encourages greater calorie expenditure due to higher muscle activation.
Swiss Ball Exercises are used to develop:
- Core strength in the muscles of the trunk.
- Good postural alignment.
- Smooth and controlled movement
- Joint stability and control (i.e. this reduces the likelihood of joint injury).
- Flexibility and range of motion.
Swiss Ball Training is also a great complement to more specific forms of sports training. Just about every person will be able to gain some advantage from Swill Ball training.
